Story
I've set myself a ridiculous challenge: complete 50 Sufferfest video workouts in 5 weeks (or thereabouts). It's an indoor cycling thing. It's meant to be brutal. Alphabetical order. All the named videos, including the mash-ups. Most go for about one hour, but some are longer (looking at you Kitchen Sink). 100% intensity. Aiming for 10 a week. Lockdown sucks. But not as much as facing the challenges of being a refugee. Please help the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, by making a tax deductible donation through this page. No matter how big or small. The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is both a place and a movement.
As an independent not for profit organisation, we are owned and run by our community. Our programs empower people seeking asylum to maximise their own physical, mental and social well-being. As a movement, we mobilise and unite communities to create lasting social and policy change for people seeking asylum in Australia.
We assist over 7,000 people seeking asylum each year from our centres in Footscray and Dandenong, Victoria.
